It is vital to have a safe and efficient means to return product to your process.  There are several reasons for product to be rejected or taken out of the process line, and we have developed a means to return these to your process, improving plant efficiency and productivity, in a way that is safe and ergonomic for your operators.  The block is returned for reprocessing by being extruded through the cheese block return system.

The Cheese Block Return is fitted to the vat against the manway opening and the blocks are fed into the side of the machine.  The blocks are then punched through the blades into the vat with a pneumatic cylinder.  There are safety interlocks to prevent activation until the door is closed.
