Tippers and Storage Systems

We offer a full line of discharge and storage systems from precision, pilot-scale batch mixers to high-volume, fully-automated, continuous-duty systems.  

Tipping System

Our filling and emptying systems allow you to tilt your bulk container in a variety of orientations depending on your product requirements.  Our tilt cradle is designed to suit packages up to 1.32 m² and 1.52 m high and tilts up to 45°.  The cradle can handle containers weighing up to 1,100 kg and during emptying the cradle automatically begins to tilt when the container reaches 400 kg.

Storage System

The Mercer Stainless storage systems provide an excellent link between your processing plant and our bulk dry material storage vessels.  We can provide surge hoppers and small mobile hoppers that can be used as balance tanks and offline storage systems if you require.
